Here's the skinny on some common questions-

What do I do if something doesn't fit?

It happens, we get it! But we are very diligent in posting try-on sessions to our Instagram and always being available to answer any questions via email or DM. Please use us! We can help guide you in the right direction and make the whole "what the heck size would I order" thing much easier! In saying that, you are free to return items that do not fit and will receive store credit in return! Please see our full return policy to understand how that process works.

 

How quickly will I receive my items? 

Ooooh let me tell you something.. My GOAL is to get these orders out ASAP. Please see our shipping section for full details but here's the short story - if you order before 7pm, the order will go out the NEXT DAY! 

 

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Ugh. This is VERY rare but it can happen. In this case, I will send a return label for you to ship the item back at no cost to you and you will receive store credit plus a sweet little discount code for your next purchase. But, just be honest, k? Send a photo of the damage AS SOON AS YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THE BAG! I inspect every piece before it goes out, so hopefully this will be a rare occurrence!
