To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the email confirmation you received when ordering!
All returned items will be compensated through store credit (unless the error was on the shops behalf such as damaged or incorrect order). Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the day they were placed. Addi + Ev has 14 days to process your return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused condition. This means unworn, unwashed unstained, free of scent, free of pet hair and tags intact. Shipping costs on a return is a buyer’s expense and will not be reimbursed by the shop. We recommend getting a trackable label for your return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Addi + Ev reserves the right to deny a customer’s return if these guidelines are not met.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Store credit for returns will be sent as a discount code via email to the email address associated with the order number of the returned items. The email will contain a code that can be entered in the “Discount Code” box at checkout. Store credits have no expiration date. If you forget to apply your credit to an order, we cannot apply it once your order is placed. Any issues using your credit or questions should be addressed to email@example.com PRIOR to placing an order and we’ll get back to you in a timely manner and figure out a solution!
